2. About Yoruba Nation Diaspora Mega Rally
Yoruba Nation Diaspora Mega Rally is a peaceful, diplomatic advocacy movement established in 2020, pursuing international recognition of a sovereign, self-governing Yoruba Nation founded upon principles including justice, democracy, human rights, equality, freedom, rule of law, accountable governance, human dignity, and peaceful international cooperation.
Our activities are intended to be peaceful, lawful, unarmed, democratic, diplomatic, and non-violent.
Nothing on our website or through our organization should be interpreted as encouraging, authorizing, supporting, or promoting violence, terrorism, armed conflict, threats, intimidation, discrimination, or unlawful conduct.
3. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use our website, communication platforms, events, membership services, or organizational resources to:
- Engage in or encourage violence, threats, harassment, intimidation, or unlawful activity.

4. Peaceful and Non-Violent Participation
Participation in Yoruba Nation Diaspora Mega Rally activities requires respect for the Organization’s commitment to peaceful and lawful advocacy.
Members, volunteers, supporters, participants, and representatives are expected to conduct themselves peacefully and responsibly and to comply with applicable laws and legitimate safety requirements.
Participation in the Organization does not authorize any individual to engage in unlawful conduct in the name of Yoruba Nation Diaspora Mega Rally.
Any person advocating or engaging in violence, credible threats, intimidation, or other serious unlawful conduct may be removed from an event or activity, suspended from participation, or referred to appropriate authorities when required or permitted by law.
5. Membership and Volunteers
Membership and volunteer opportunities may be subject to eligibility requirements, organizational policies, codes of conduct, and approval procedures.
Submitting a membership or volunteer application does not automatically guarantee acceptance or appointment to any position.
Members and volunteers do not have authority to legally bind, contract for, speak officially for, raise funds on behalf of, or make commitments in the name of Yoruba Nation Diaspora Mega Rally unless expressly authorized to do so by the Organization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership or volunteer participation for material violations of organizational policies, these Terms, applicable law, or standards of peaceful conduct, subject to any applicable governing documents or legal requirements.
6. Donations and Contributions
Yoruba Nation Diaspora Mega Rally may accept voluntary donations, gifts, grants, sponsorships, and other lawful contributions in support of its mission and activities.
Acceptance of any contribution is at the discretion of the Organization. Contributions must be capable of being used consistently with the Organization’s mission, policies, and applicable law.
We reserve the right to decline, restrict, or return a contribution when appropriate or legally required.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, completed charitable or organizational contributions may be non-refundable.
The Organization does not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Donors should consult their own qualified professional advisers regarding the tax, financial, or legal consequences of a contribution.
7. Events and Rallies
Individuals attending events, rallies, conferences, meetings, demonstrations, educational programs, or other activities organized or supported by Yoruba Nation Diaspora Mega Rally agree to conduct themselves peacefully and comply with applicable laws, venue requirements, safety procedures, and reasonable instructions from authorized organizers.
Event dates, locations, speakers, schedules, programs, and other arrangements may be changed, postponed, relocated, or canceled when circumstances reasonably require.
Registration for an event does not guarantee access when attendance limitations, security requirements, legal restrictions, venue capacity, or other circumstances prevent admission.
8. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, organizational information, announcements, event details, publications, news, educational materials, and other website content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
